NEED TO CANCEL? What You Need to Know. . . We know that life sometimes gets in the way. We try to be flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, we’ll do our best to reschedule a better time for you, no questions asked. If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, there is a 60% fee due of the scheduled service that will be withdrawn from your deposit.
